QUESTIONNAIRE FOR PROSPECTIVE EU FUND BENEFICIARIES

Assessment of Application Readiness — Business Entities

This questionnaire is a structured form designed to assess your readiness to submit a project application
for EU funding calls and to identify funding programmes that may correspond to your needs.
By completing the questionnaire, you can assess whether your project idea aligns with the objectives of EU funds
and reduce the risk of an unsuccessful application.

Note: This questionnaire is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an official
application for funding and does not guarantee the award of grant funding. Final eligibility requirements are
determined by each individual call for proposals. All information provided will be treated as confidential and
used exclusively for the purpose of preparing the assessment.

1.1. Enterprise Size and Linked Enterprises

Enterprise size is determined by taking into account linked enterprises (ownership interest > 50%)
and partner enterprises (ownership interest of 25–50%) in accordance with Recommendation 2003/361/EC.
Incorrect self-assessment may affect the applicant's eligibility.

to sole proprietorships/craft businesses or family farms where such information constitutes personal data)
for the purpose of assessing readiness to apply for EU funding and preparing an offer.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
i.e. taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Personal data may be processed by service providers acting as processors, such as hosting and e-mail
service providers, and may be disclosed to other recipients where required by law.
Questionnaires that do not result in cooperation are retained in accordance with the applicable
data retention periods.

You have the rights available to you under the General Data Protection Regulation, including,
depending on the legal basis and circumstances of the processing, the right of access, rectification,
erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge
a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
