Valentina Gršić
Office Manager
Born in Zagreb, she graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Zagreb, where she earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering. She furthered her education at the DOBA Faculty in Maribor, obtaining a Master’s degree in International Business. In addition, she specialized in the preparation and implementation of EU-funded projects at Algebra University and holds a certification in Public Procurement issued by the Croatian Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts. She is fluent in English, German, and Slovenian.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, she has worked in international and corporate environments, leading and coordinating complex projects while developing and improving business processes. She has over 15 years of experience in preparing and managing tender procedures, developing tender documentation, and overseeing public and private procurement processes in both domestic and international markets.
Her areas of expertise include the preparation of EU funding applications, project cycle management, tender documentation, public procurement, negotiation management, and the coordination of multidisciplinary project teams. Thanks to her extensive experience and client-focused approach, she provides high-quality support that helps clients achieve their business and strategic development objectives.
LukA GRŠIĆ
Administrative support
He is a student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, and a member of the project team responsible for administrative and operational support. He is involved in the preparation of project and tender documentation, the drafting of reports for EU-funded projects, document management, client communication, and the administrative coordination of projects. He is proficient in English, German, and Spanish.
